We do 3 different kinds of audits: a system audit, a process audit and a product audit.

Yes we do. We acquired it in June 2003.

Yes, we notify our customers of process changes and get an approval from them in accordance with our Quality management system regulations.

Yes we do. We share information with our customers within 24 hours to work on a recovery plan.

Managers or shift leaders manage personnel depending on day-to-day needs.

Every section makes a contingency plan at the beginning of the fiscal year and is evaluated every six months.

Our suppliers have their branches in different locations to be able to supply their products and they also have enough resourses to deal with emergencies.
